Seller reviewFrom the very beginning of our discussion to put our house up for sale, Jeannine knew exactly what had to be done and presented her marketing plan very well! We were optimistic about the sale price at first, but soon discovered we needed to lower it to match the market value. Jeannine never made us feel as if we had made any mistakes and was very professional in her recommendations. She had a good relationship with the local plumber who ended up helping us with a delicate situation involving a french drain. She had open houses scheduled quite frequently, which helped us attract a larger group. Her packets to give to the prospective buyers were very well put together. The communication prior to any showing was always timely. As selling a home can be quite stressful, Jeannine always had a good sense of humor at the appropriate times. Sometimes it helps just to laugh! We definitely would refer Jeannine to our friends and family!
