We went with her judgment on this. Jeff Babcock was always prompt in answering any phone calls we made to him. We invited Jeff Babcock to our auction sale before we moved and he was there and available to talk to people at the sale. Jeff Babcock called us in PA after we moved, to let us know of any progress on selling the house.
