Jeff is a graduate of Prosser High School and Central Washington University, where he majored in law and justice. After graduating from Central Washington University, Jeff went to work in the construction field for a local real estate investor and then worked his way up to construction manager for one of the largest new construction home builders in the Northwest. After nearly 10 years in the new construction industry, Jeff decided to take his extensive knowledge of residential home remodeling and new home construction into the real estate industry and guide people to home ownership. Since taking the leap, Jeff has nearly doubled his sales year after year and earned a Masters Emerald Award with Century 21 Tri-Cities in 2015 and earned a centurion award in 2019.

Seller reviewJeff took care the whole process, keeping me informed, making everything was much less stressful. I will recommend Jeff because I felt like I could count on him, that was very important. My mother had passed away less than 2 months before, so I was dealing with a lot of surprises when the whole estate went into probate. Jeff made selling the house the easiest thing I've had to do with this whole process.

Seller reviewI consider all actions leading to a fast sale at the maximum fair price to be the measure of a satisfying selling experience; setting the right price, negotiating with buyer through their agent, and then making sure that all details leading up to the closing are completed on time. NO LAST MINUTE SURPRISES! Jeff Graff did all this in a warm and dominate manner, Jeff replied promptly to every text question, even if he was busy, he would advise when he would be able to reply. The photographer came twice at our request, once to take pictures of the outside before the first frost and then again later when the inside had been staged. The results were fantastic. The stager worked with what we had and gave excellent advice. Our house sold after only five days for the most money we could have expected. What more needs to be said about Jeff and his team?

An awesome perk that Century 21 included was "Your move is on the house" they provided two movers, a truck and five hours labor that is included when you buy or sell a home using Jeff as your agent.
