We have 7 grandchildren and 2 more on the way, and raising out 9 year old granddaughter Kaydence. They walked me through each step and answered every question I had and negotiated with my best interests at hand. They knew exactly what I was looking for in location size and accessibility and found exactly that. Walked me through the required rezoning an even attended city planners rezoning meetings with me and my contractors and architects. It could not have been a better experience and they deserve a lot of credit in making that deal occur. He was on top of the timelines and required extensions and kept communication flowing between seller and me.
