Having purchased a house in the past, I still cannot believe how smoothly this whole ordeal played out (and I was on an accelerated time-frame). We had previously used Jeff Worthington to help us buy the property in question. In both occasions, he was very professional. This time he helped us quickly sell the property within a couple of weeks. He was very knowledgable in how to quickly prep our house for selling and properly advertising the house. He works with your schedule and will do what needs to be done in order to get you the best deal possible. We even had a small mishap on our front walkway the day before closing. We did not have a pressure washer due to everything already being packed away. He brought his own over and cleaned the area to make sure the inspection went smoothly. I would highly recommend him as a real estate agent.
