Being first time home buyers Jeff Rideout really made the whole process very manageable and was there every step of the way (from searching for a house to closing on our loan). Seller reviewJeff was very engaging from the start of the process. He and the staff at Century 21 Award were very professional and did a great job of keeping an open line of communication. I felt that my partnership with them was just as important to them as it was to me. Jeff put forth a lot of effort to get my home properly advertised. He utilized many different advertisement tools which proved to be very successful. An offer on our home was accepted within 2 weeks at our asking price. With how much time Jeff invested in selling my house, I felt like I was his only clients and my needs were his priority. I consider myself a novice when it comes to real estate. I was very pleased with the amount of knowledge Jeff had and the way he was able to communicate with me so I could better understand the process of getting my home sold.
