He goes out of his way to make sure you are happy and that everything is done right the first time. I would highly recommend him if you are considering buying a new home or selling!! Jeff Stull is the model for who realtors should be. This gentlemen answered every questions, no matter how atypical, and helped provide information and data to make an informed decision. Clearly knows the market and the area and thats speaking from someone who has bought and sold houses 4 times. Jeff earned every penny of his commission. I'd use him again.

There is no broker, on either coast that I live on, that I'd rather work with than Jeff Stull. His knowledge, patience and calm/happy demeanor made every interaction easy while productive. He was in full control of all aspects of the sale, while completely willing to inform, advise and act based on our specific needs. He was always reachable, always on top of any situation that might arise, and yet was always happy to move at our pace. He's honestly the best mix of professionalism and personal care.
