Jennie is my 4th realtor, and she has set the bar for if I ever need a 5th. She is a gold standard that all realtors should be compared to.

I researched extensively before selecting Jennie as my agent, because I wanted someone who had reliable reviews, whom I knew I could trust. Living 3+ hours away from Indianapolis and being naive to the sale process, I knew I would need someone who was knowledgeable, considerate, and worked with integrity. I believed researching other customer reviews, sales records, etc. would help guide me towards an agent I would want to work with. Indeed, I was correct, because it directed me toward Jennie. She was outstanding, and the reviews were spot on. Jennie was everything I could have hoped for in an agent. She was patient, straightforward, knowledgeable and kind. She provided sound guidance on the sale process (which was new to me) to ensure we priced the house to be attractive in a cooling market, staged it to be appealing to buyers, and repaired and fixed anything to ensure compliance with terms of the sale. She worked closely with the HOA, even when the maintenance team was uncooperative. Truly, she is an outstanding agent, and I will sing her praises to anyone looking to sell their home, because I know they'll have an excellent partner in Jennie. I do not check "excellent" off lightly. I had high expectations coming into the process, because I knew I would need someone who was knowledgeable, patient, and worked with integrity. These are not qualities that everyone possesses, but Jennie does. She took the time to learn what was most important to me, and she worked within those boundaries. She was also flexible enough to be responsive when new information was available and we needed to make sure to consider all information to make informed decisions. Her counsel was thoughtful and courteous. I really appreciated Jennie. I would recommend highly, because I had a great experience. Everything moved quickly and to my satisfaction. Plus, Jennie had recommended services providers (cleaners, electricians, etc.) who helped provide services that were excellent and of fair market value.

Jennie was extremely patient with my husband and me as we were buying a house remotely from Oregon. She often accommodated the 3-hour time difference with virtual showings and discussions. She really supported us through a difficult home purchase as the home required many structural remediations. She was very creative and supportive in working through negotiations on the home repair strategy by the sellers. She recommended additional mold testing, which was very critical since it turned out there were two dangerous molds proliferating in the basement. Had she not had that foresight, we would have been handed over a contaminated home. She was also able to recommend reliable contractors, and proactively worked with them to remediate the required repairs. We had a very delayed closing due to so many repairs that were required on the home. I told Jennie that if we didn't close by a certain date that my mortgage rate would increase weekly. She made every effort possible to close on that date to avoid these increased mortgage rates. I really just cannot express sufficiently how much I enjoyed working with Jennie. She really went the extra mile in every single situation. I could see that without her expertise and patience, we may have not been able to get our house in a structurally safe condition. I really cannot say enough positive things about Jennie!
