I had previously worked with Jen on the purchase of my first condo in 2008. It was a no brainer to be a repeat client of hers. My first transaction went so smoothly with her, even with me living out of state. I knew the second one would go just a smooth. Jen was always available when I needed her. The time of day or day of the week did not matter. She was patient, kind and shared in my joys and frustrations. I never doubted that she had my best interest at heart. Jen made the entire sales process transparent and easy to understand. She maintained great communication with me and my buyer's agent, even when the process was moving at warp speed. When we interviewed Jen, she was very friendly and approachable. She was patient with me explaining things until I get them, but at the same time we never felt pressured by her to sign a contract or anything. She looked very knowledgeable and flexible at the same time. Jen was above and beyond about all the virtues mentioned above. We sold and bought our house the same day with in hours of difference because we didn't want to sell before ensuring a new home. Jen was super efficient guiding through this uncommon way of doing things. With the wierd seller's market we are living in, we couldn't have made it woth out her expertise.
