My property had many showings immediately, and I had two offers within a week. She was able to explain every step of the process to me, and she was always responsive to any questions I had.

Seller reviewWhen my husband and I decided to buy a home we asked around and through friends who knew of her we hired Jennifer Amelia as our agent. She was wonderful, dedicated, professional, articulate, detailed minded and very attentive to our needs. We found our perfect home and were very pleased with her service. Then 6 years later in July 2017 my husband Passed away and with him went our income so i was forced to list it for sale, I immediately called Jennifer Amelio to hire her again. She had compassion for my situation once I told her why I needed to sell and took care of everything.
