I have been a full time Realtor since 2003 and consider myself lucky to have a passion for my work. The opportunity to give back to military to past and present military members and their families is important to me. Waukesha County has been my home for 20 years. Having bought and sold my many homes for my own family, I understand firsthand the range of emotions and decisions that must be made throughout a real estate transaction. As a Realtor, I love guiding my clients through the process and helping them navigate through exciting and difficult decisions. I love negotiating and getting creative during the negotiation process.When we meet, I will ask your goals for buying or selling and formulate a plan on how to achieve your goals in the specified time. I have a team of trusted professions to help us though every step. When not selling real estate, I spend time with my family. I love to read, volunteer in my community, bake/cook and exercise. I attended UW-Milwaukee and have a degree in Mass Communication. I look forward to the opportunity to serve you and promise to always greet you with a smile.

Seller reviewJen went above and beyond in making us comfortable with the sale of our house. We've lived in our home for over 20 years, and only because of a job relocation did we need to sell. Jen understood this and got to work right away. She put together market analyses that illustrated what we could realistically sell our house for, and even put us in touch with a C21 agent in our relocation market to help us find our new home. The sale process was smooth and trouble-free. Jen helped us every step of the way. We would strongly recommend her and Century 21, and would definitely work with her again should the situation arise.

This left me hesitant in finding a new realtor but one of my colleagues recommended Jen based on her positive experience. From the start of my home buying process to the end, Jen made sure to help in any way she could. This minimized the stress of the home buying process in a tough market. Jen was always on top of new listings and when it came time to put an offer on a house she made sure to use strategy to prevent way overpaying on a house. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Jen as my realtor.

Buyer reviewJen Burns is the best realtor I have ever worked with. Especially if you are buying in the Lake Country area of WI. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. She is extremely responsive and quick to set up a showing. If she cannot make it she has an assistant that will. Although she has many clients at the same time she makes you feel like you are her only one. I referred her to my parents and after their house had spent months being on the market, she sold there house in a week! I highly recommend her.
