Jennifer Falconer is a Real Estate Broker who has been assisting her clients in selling and buying residential real estate for over 17 years. Jennifer spent much of her early life in Irvine, graduating from University High School. She then graduated with honors from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a B.S. in Business. Jennifer also graduated as valedictorian from Western State University College of Law, earning a J.D. After passing the California Bar exam she practiced law before beginning her exciting career in residential real estate. Jennifer has been proudly serving our Military, their Family and Friends with all their real estate needs since 2000. Jennifer has experience in working with everything from first time buyers to clients who have bought and sold multiple times. She looks forward to assisting you with your home purchase or sale.

Buyer reviewJennifer was helpful above and beyond the call of duty. The condo apartment I bought was a lot less money than some of the homes she sells in Irvine so her commission was not among her highest for this sale, yet she donated a ton of her time including frequent texting during the negotiation process with the seller even though she was on vacation. She has continued to be helpful in my quest for a contractor, etc. even though I closed escrow a week ago Friday. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a broker!

We have now moved six times and Jennifer was the most responsive, courteous, and professional that we have ever experienced. Her knowledge of the area, her accessibility, and her friendliness were all exceptional. Whenever we left a message, she would call within a few minutes. She made herself available, even after the sale, to make sure that we had everything we needed to secure our new home and to move in. Her performance during the loan closing phase was especially noteworthy. She is an outstanding realtor! I could literally go on and on about Jennifer's excellence and professionalism, along with her friendly and open attitude, but I think that I covered it in the first response. She was invaluable in helping me find and close on the purchase of a condo for my mother, who was moving from Florida to be near me. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable about residential real estate sales generally, and was particularly so about the community my mother was buying into. Jennifer always made herself available, and whenever I left a message, she got back to me right away. She was very thorough, efficient and professional in walking me through all the paperwork, and guiding me through issues that arose during the transaction. She was very generous with her time, making herself available to meet me at the property during the property inspection, meetings with building maintenance, and at other times. She was also happy to share her knowledge with me, even giving me her thoughts on issues that arose in my mother's sale of her residence in Florida. And Jennifer was always an absolute delight to work with.
