Jennifer Fernandez's patience, perseverance, professionalism, and positivity made everything so much easier throughout the entire process. She has a good sense of humor too and that always helps! She is excellent about providing constant communication and timely updates. She kept everything on track and never lost sight of the end goal of selling the property. All of our conversations were via phone, text and email. She did a fabulous job in communicating. She went above and beyond, when we needed someone at the house she would arrange it and even meet them there if needed. Jen was confident that she would be able to sell our house quickly...she did!
