Seller reviewIt was helpful that other sales in my community were being handled by Century 21. It an odd little community. Jennifer was very active in getting us showings. Our house sold quickly and at a price we were hoping to get. All in all, relatively painless despite my qualms. Jennifer got us what we wanted and needed in a timely manner so we could get on with our life.

Buyer reviewJennifer Harvey helped us find our new vacation home in a very 'hot market' making the fact that she was very accessible and quick to respond via text, all the more critical to us. Because of the market conditions, it was important to see a house shortly after it hit the market because many homes got offers within 1 or 2 days of listing. Jennifer was very responsive to our requests to see homes as they came on market, often with only a day or two of lead time. Because of her responsiveness, we felt like we were a priority within her schedule. She was recommended to us by our niece and her husband who found Jennifer first. Jennifer went to extraordinary measures to help them acquire their property, and they were so satisfied with her and sang such high praise of her, we wouldn't even consider anyone else when we started to look. I highly recommend the competent, friendly, and capable Jennifer Harvey with no reservation.
