She began the listing opportunity with market research of my home and neighborhood. She was always respectful of my time and property. The house had many upgrades, so she had a professional photographer take the pictures. Following her advice I was sure we would be successful. Once the listing went live, showings were scheduled almost immediately. We were in multiple offers with in 24 hours. Less than 48 hours later we had a signed contract for above list price. This during rising interest rates. The inspections and closing went on schedule. The transaction could not have been more pleasant.
