Jennifer Hilla-Josefowicz epitomizes integrity, confidence, energy and hard work in every detail of your real estate transaction. Jennifer grew up in northeastern Pennsylvania and began her real estate career in 2004. She has worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors, and banks in both the residential and commercial markets; as well as closing many short sale transactions. In her real estate career, Jennifer attained multi-million dollar status consecutively. In addition to her real estate expertise, Jennifer brings with her experience in law enforcement and residential/commercial restoration industries and general construction.
Jennifer is a family woman with a devotion to God; her husband, Dr. Michael Josefowicz, her children, Caitlyn and Zachary; step-children, Taylor and Melody; and her grandson, Gavin. She resides in Mountain Top. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys traveling to Florida (home to be in the near future) and the Caribbean with her family. She loves a good game of golf with her husband. She is an active member of the Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce, where she serves as an Ambassador, and also devotes time to organizing and volunteering at local events and charities. She has provided such quality service that we just keep coming back to her! No one else can top her. She is respectful, persistent, honest, and understanding. She goes above and beyond for her clients and doesn't stop working until the deal is closed! I wish we could keep her in our pocket for future real estate questions, but we do know she is just a quick call away.

Seller reviewHour One - We met Jennifer. Hour Two - We had an "as is, all cash" offer in hand. What else is there to say... When the Angels sing about Real Estate Agents, first and last verses are about Jennifer. We were advised by our referring lawyer that Jennifer would be "a bit" aggressive. Well, if producing an all cash, as is offer within one hour of meeting and engaging Jennifer - that might be defined as "aggressive." Yet, this person is beyond professional, had our interests in mind at all times, and deftly jumped in with resolution after resolution when closing hurdles arose - think broken sewer line, seven feet undergroud that needed fixing in 24-hours! Who knows where to go to fix that? A five-star rating fails to do justice to Jennifer!

We were first time home buyers with little knowledge and especially with all the considerations in today's home buying market we relied heavily on her. She took the time to explain everything to us and made sure we understood. She made herself available via phone or text, this was especially appreciated given our hectic work schedules. She made getting us into a home we loved a priority. We never were made to feel like any questions we had were a bother to her.
