Seller reviewJennifer Lindner listened and understood my needs and requirements and gave us her guidance, local knowledge and options at our first meeting. One of the options was a short sale and that is what we chose to do. She marketed the property honestly and the market value fairly and she assured me that the property would sell. She was absolutely correct and the short sale paperwork went through fast and the house sold quickly. Jennifer is a hard worker, organized, is very positive, and was always available to talk anytime or to answer any questions. She is a pleasure to work with and I will recommend her and Century 21 Shaw Realty Group. I will always be grateful to her for helping me sell my house. Jennnifer is a people person, very professional, and a joy to work with. Jennifer has a lot of knowledge, knows the area and how to market it. The receptionist was kind and helpful. I stopped by the office sometimes to leave paperwork for Jennifer.

Seller reviewJennifer was working in Tampa to sell the house for the Estate, as we were in North Carolina. She worked hard and gave us excellent feedback as to the comments of prospective buyers and ways to make the house more "salable". We spoke almost ever day as she would keep us up to date as to any proceedings. I would highly recommend Jennifer, especially if you are in the same position, having to sell a house from out of state.
