Buyer reviewMy husband and I drove all over Texas looking for a bare acreage where we can build our forever home after retirement...Our last day was driving through east Texas and came across Jennifer's listing in Pittsburg. Being from out of state, I called Jennifer the day after we arrived home and she immediately responded. There was a different acreage available that she recommended and sent us video and pictures and it was love at first sight! We made an immediate offer. Jennifer was extremely helpful with the purchase of our land. Very responsive and so knowledgable about the area and other aspects to make our dream purchase happen! Jennifer is awesome! Always quick to respond. Went above and beyond to send us photos, video since we completed the transaction from out of state. Absolute pleasure working with Jennifer and would highly recommend her to anyone! We cannot say enough about how amazing it was to work with Jennifer!

Seller reviewI will highly recommend Jennifer Sharp for any Deaf/hard of hearing customers since she is willing to go beyond the communication barrier. Jennifer is realistic and explained what the options are for a house in terms of how to get it sold faster. Her knowledge of the paperwork involved is amazing and I felt more than comfortable asking questions that may feel intimidating. She kept our information confidential, which is hard to do in a small town, that is an example of what professionalism should look like. I loved working with Jennifer. I will not hesitate to look her up if I ever find myself back home.
