Jennifer Sproles handled our sale from start to finish. She prepped the property for putting it on the market by making staging suggestions and then she took awesome pictures for use in the MLS. When she put it on the market, there was a flurry of potential buyers and she was able to manage them all and coordinate the showings of the property. We had an offer fairly quickly from another agent, and Jennifer Sproles worked diligently with the other agent and the closing attorney to make a smooth transfer of title. As a young adult my family worked with Jennifer several times. It was a no brained we it came time for me to buy my first house. She went above and beyond just like she did ever time before with my parents. She was so patient with me and was always ready for whatever curveball I threw her.
