Seller reviewThe first thing that strikes you when you meet Jenny Olson and her husband, Roger, is how accessible and genuine they are. So open and friendly and easy with whom to have a great conversation. Then when you get to business, it's Jenny's experience and professionalism that hits you. Her knowledge of the area and current market conditions is so impressive. Aside from being likeable and professional - we trusted them. That trust proved to be well-placed. I was handling the estate of my brother and he had worked with Jenny Olson before - twenty-three years ago; but while in hospice he was insistent that we set up a "preliminary' meeting. It was then I made the observations mentioned above. Quite simply, we had a narrow window of time and circumstance in which to execute what we deemed a 'successful' sale. We communicated that to the team and they clearly understood. They made a plan, communicated what they would do, what we needed to do and then they put their plan into action. We had two offers in six days, one of which became our sale. That's excellence, in my book.
