Buyer reviewWe have purchased 6 rental houses with Jenny's help and have always found her to be very knowledgeable of every aspect in buying and more than willing to work with us in our ideas of any property we are interested in. She considers our budget but isn't afraid to suggest something that is a little more because she thinks we might like it and in fact that has happened. She is patient in explaining things we don't understand and while we try to make up our minds. I would recommend her to anyone, I think she is a great realtor and a good friend. We have had an occasion or two where we couldn't reach her as quickly as my husband wanted to, but he has no patience. She is usually available or calls back quickly if we have to leave a voice mail. I can't think of one thing that I would criticize Jenny for, she is super in all of these categories. I just told her shortly before closing that I was in awe of the multitude of things she knows right off the top of her head. She is great.

Seller reviewMy property was undeveloped land. Jenny was recommended by my lawyer, and she immediately put together a plan as to how the property should be divided and priced. From our first conversation I was comfortable with her and felt she was very professional and knowledgeable. Every transaction was clearly explained and she was a good communicator and accessible. From the first sale to the last Jenny made the process as simple as possible and I received great results from her work. Our professional relationship is ended, but I now count her as a friend.

I made up my mind what l wanted to do and she went through all the paperwork that was required and was first rate in my books, she knows what do without question.
