Seller reviewJeremy is courteous and displays a professional, competent image. I had great confidence in him and was able to relax and let him handle the sale of my home. He's really up to the task! I like the looks of the Century 21 signs. You can't miss them! Jeremy was prompt in putting up the sign and taking it down. The neighbors marvelled at how quickly Jeremy sold the property.

From the first phone call with Jeremy to the day we closed and even after, Jeremy has been amazing. Every Time we sent him a text or email with questions or an inquiry about a home, he was prompt to answer and set up anything we wanted. As first time home buyers, he took the time to explain all the details and workings of buying a home. His knowledge of the local area was definitely a plus. He is also extremely knowledgeable about the infrastructure of homes and the intricate workings or wiring, plumbing, duct work, lighting, and everything else. I would absolutely recommend Jeremy to anyone who is interested in buying or selling a home. Jeremy took all the stress that comes with buying a home away from us, the buyers.

With our busy schedules jeremy was able to make any time night or day work and often we would stop at many houses each time. Jeremy continues to stay in touch after the purchase to ensure things are going smoothly.

Buyer reviewWe recently sold our home in Urbandale and purchased an acreage. Jeremy Kasperbauer represented us on both transactions. Our home didn't sell as quickly as we hoped and some small issues came up on the unique property we were purchasing. Jeremy was very patient with my wife and I when problems came up and worked very hard to be sure that we were well represented in the process. Everything worked out great in our transaction. We were able to get into the new home before school started for our kids which was very important to us and the other home ended up closing just a few weeks later. Jeremy made the entire process very easy for us, we will recommend him to friends and relatives. I'd say we would use him again but we don't plan to move again.
