I have lived in Enid most of my adult life except for a 4 year period I served in the military, 3 of which were in Germany. In 1975, I obtained a sales associate license and then became a broker in 1978. Marketing residential property is my main interest. I do property management as well. His service has been especially important because I live in another state and need a manager I trust. He has always found reliable tenants. He handles every issue that comes up with efficiency and integrity and communicates effectively. I have learned to trust his judgement and rely on his guidance. When it came time to sell one of our houses, I did not consider using any other agent, and my trust in Jerry was well-founded. With his advice I was able to negotiate a price that was several thousand dollars higher than I was ready to accept. He then managed all issues that came up with the sale and inspections and kept expenses low. Jerry also took care of closing so I did not have be there in person. I do not hesitate to recommend Jerry Buckminster as a property manager and as a real estate agent.

He had great attention to detail and pointed out positives and negatives in each home. He is honest and trustworthy. He was very quick to return calls/texts/emails. Very accessible. He went above and beyond our expectations and even worked with us while we were out of town. We were very satisfied with his services in all areas.

Buyer reviewI chose Jerry, didnt nessessarily matter that he worked for Century 21, I first spoke with Jerry due to being directed to him by Bank of Oklahoma, I chose to stick with Jerry because i could tell he had Integrity and being a first time home buyer and clueless to the process about 70% of this purchase had to be trust in my realtor.
