I had the pleasure of working with Jerry Davis and by working with, I mean Jerry did all the work. I live in Georgia, but was selling my father's condo after he passed away. I was dreading all the driving back and forth and remodeling that needed to be done. Jerry took care of all the coordination with the vendors, I hired and even stepped in and provide his dehumidifier for a small water issue we encountered. He was always a step ahead of me and I don't think I could find someone as helpful and knowledgeable, about the decisions need for selling this property. He helped me get the smoke smell out of dads house. that was the ultimate decision my condo sold quickly. Many thanks to him.
