Jerry is also a leader with vision,with his Old City Homes construction team he completed a full house renovation with permits in 12 days! Buyer reviewI chose Mr. Folckemer on my Mother's recommendation, after she had talked with him. He appeared to me to be upfront, honest and eager to please. A delight, to say the least. Nothing was left out. All that was needed was presented, and in a professional, caring manner. I could not have asked for a better person to show me what I needed to know about the purchasing requirements. All members were diligent, eager to please and knowledgeable. No pushing or rushing me into anything I was, or was not, looking for. Mr. Folckemer always asked and waited for my opinion and/or response.

Buyer reviewFrom the first time I contacted Jerry Folckemer, he was responsive and attentive. I had been looking on Zillow and it took some time for me to narrow down what we wanted to purchase and he worked with me checking out properties and providing information even though they, ultimately, were not what we purchased. When we found the home that we ultimately purchased on Zillow, he navigated the entire purchase from offer, inspection, repairs, and closing with us seamlessly. His recommendations were truly appreciated!

I never had to wait for an answer. He never beat around the bush. From the first time I called him to look @ the home I felt like he was an old friend. I have never had a realtor like him or heard of one like him. I wish he could sell our Tennessee house.
