I've worked with many realtors in the past, and for once, I've found a realtor I would like to work with for a lifetime. Jesse has a unique niche because he understands what drives vale. Meaning, he was able to look at properties with me and help me understand all of the costs it would take to bring the property to where I want it, which we could then evaluate whether or not it's profitable. Additionally, Jesse knew the whole area very well and got to know my fiance and I well, so could understand our lifestyle/job location, and what would work well for us. He also had a great network of contractors and plumbers that could help me fix up my place at an affordable rate. These are things that are priceless. Additionally, he was able to advise me on what to do and what not to do right before the sale so I didn't waste any money getting it ready for sale. He also brought in a wonderful assistant to help stage the place, take photos, and help me decorate! Jesse is also not pushy at all and really cared about what was best for me which is rare to find these days. Essentially, he EARNED MY TRUST, which is hard to get these days because I've had some bad experiences in the past. I now consider Jesse a friend and is the only realtor I will ever use in the Sioux Land area. He did special things for me when I needed it done that other realtors don't know how to do. He also was able to find a buyer for me very fast for a condo, which is tougher to do in the Sioux City market because most people prefer a house with a yard. I would rate my experience with Jesse as PERFECT! Thank you!

Jesse was very easy to work with. He wanted us to find a house to our needs. We spent several days looking at houses with Jesse. He was patient with us. We will use Jesse again in the future.
