They did their homework in understanding our neighborhood and the potential listing price. We had an in-depth, down to earth conversation with them to understand all the variables that could affect our sale and ways to mitigate any unforeseen issues. Once the house was listed, Rob and Jessica kept an open line of communication to ensure we understood how everything was progressing. Within days, we had multiple offers that exceeded our list price. The negotiation portion was a breeze with Rob and Jessica taking care of every little detail to make sure we got the best deal possible!
