Buyer reviewThis was our first ever home purchase and to say that we were nervous is an understatement. We met with Jessica Miller for tea to go over everything before going into the process and what to expect. It was a very informative meeting and helped ease our fears quite a bit. Jessica was very professional and friendly and really set out to get to know us and our expectations going into this. She went above and beyond throughout this whole process and I'm so glad she was our realtor for this first home purchase. She was always available for questions and to meet for a home showing. I would highly recommend her! I know who to call when it comes to selling my home in the future.

Buyer reviewJessica Miller was amazing to work with! My fiancee and I were first time home buyers and were not sure what we were exactly looking for and how to go about buying a home. Jessica was very friendly and very easy to work with from the beginning all the way through the entire experience. She was always willing to meet anywhere and at anytime to help us find the perfect home. She discussed some things to look for and other things to avoid during the process. Jessica was very punctual and quick to respond to our questions, which was extremely nice since houses in Ankeny can be sold in a few minutes. I would definitely use Jessica again!

Buyer reviewI met Jess for coffee to go over expectations and answer all of my questions before searching for homes. As a first time home buyer, it was really important for me to find someone who would understand my needs, and I could tell from our first meeting that Jess would be willing to do whatever it took to find me a house that I would be able to afford. When we found a house that had all of my must-haves, Jess walked me though writing the offer, gave me her opinions and suggestions, and we wrote the winning bid. I was blown away after I found out that the sellers didn't pick our offer because it was the highest, but for other reasons. It really impressed me that Jess knew which little details to include/not include in the offer to increase its chances of being selected. She made it very easy to buy a house! I HIGHLY recommend Jess to anyone looking to buy a house-- she is an expert in her field and I was so lucky to have her as my realtor!

Buyer reviewI would 100% recommend Jessica to anybody I know. I'm not sure I have ever met somebody so in tuned with what I was looking for. I could make a little side comment during any of our interactions and she would remember what I had said. If one time I mentioned a characteristic about a house, she would remember that I had said that and point it out in the next house. She is a genuinely nice person while still being tough as nails when dealing with negotiations. Jessica was available to me anytime I had a question (including some late hours). I would send an email late at night not expecting a response until the next day and she would respond right away. She made this process as easy and relaxing as it can be for a first time home buyer. Weeks after my closing and moving, she still reaches out to me to check in things. She goes over and above what I ever would have expected out of a realtor. We were strangers when we started the home buying process and now I would consider her a friend.
