Seller reviewWe selected Jessica because we use Century 21 for rental property and we knew Jessica Lutz before that. We knew that she would do her very best for us and we trusted her, her judgement and advice. We would recommend Jessica to anyone interested in buying or selling property. Jessica Lutz seemed to be on top of everything. When we had a couple of prospects fall through (buyers fault, not Jessica's) she encouraged us and kept us post on every detail. Jessica is a keeper! We would use her again if the need ever presents itself.

Anyone that would want to deal with someone that treats you like family then Jessica Lutz is by far the realtor for you. Me and my wife are truly blessed with how much help she was to us. It may have taken us a year to find the house of our dreams, but once we found it, we knew it was the one and Jessica made sure she done everything she could to get us in it. She was quick to line up appointments to look at homes. We looked at several homes & eventually got to a point where we thought maybe we were being to picky, but she assured us we weren't, she told us she wanted to help us find our forever home & be happy with our choice no matter how many houses or how long it took, she was there for us. Through the process she referred us to other people we would need to contact & we were happy with their services as well. Her upbeat attitude makes things easier, she is professional but also able to make you feel comfortable & never made things awkward or stressful. She was the perfect realtor for us & we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. We would recommend her to anyone with 100% confidence that they would be just as happy.
