Jessica Maratea was very polite and professional from the moment I inquired about the property to the signing at closing and everything in between. She was able to move the deal along when I was pessimistic about it getting it to the closing table. This was by far one of the lengthier and complicated deals I have been involved with, but through Jessica's efforts and perseverance, we were able to get it done! As most realtors may shy from challenges, Jessica embraced them head on. I can't thank her enough for doing all the hard work to close this deal. If you are looking for results, look no further!! We thank Jessica Maratea so much for all you have done for us! Not just selling our home , but guiding us in the right direction with purchasing a home in another state as well! Jessica did not help us purchase in another state , but coordinated with our out of state agent very professionally to make everything as smooth as possible with selling and buying. Jessica was always available to answer our questions and concerns. She never hesitated once when we needed to be guided with questions or leading us in the proper direction. Boy did we have a lot of questions for which this was new to us. Jessica's kindness and patience was extremely helpful in this stressful and emotional time for us. We are so happy that we used Jessica for the sale/purchase of both our homes. She went above and beyond our expectations. She was there throughout the entire process to answer all of our questions ( we had a lot.) Selling and buying at the same time can be extremely stressful but she made the whole process a breeze. Our house sold within the first 10 days of listing, with multiple offers! She didn't waste any time finding us our dream house and pushed to get our offer excepted AND lined up both houses to close on the same day!! We also used Jessica's recommend attorney and mortgage broker. The entire team was awesome to work with. Closing during this pandemic was definitely not easy. We hit a few road bumps but ultimately closed on time thanks to their amazing efforts. We can not thank them enough. If you want a realtor who knows their stuff, who will fight for you and get the job done Jessica is your girl!
