Buyer reviewMy family and I decided to purchase a home in the Poconos and to use it as a short term rental. When we started we had very limited knowledge of the area and we found ourselves right in the middle of a booming sellers market. We needed all the help that we could get. At first we tried several different RE agents and different areas of the Poconos. Then we stumbled upon Jessica Ouellette. We noticed right away that she was extremely knowledgeable in her field and in the local area. But the thing that caught our attention was her desire and ability to listen to our needs and to respond with our best interests in mind. That is not a trait you find too often. She consistently steered us in the right direction. We needed the hand holding and she was always there with an extended helping hand. It took us almost 8 months, working almost every weekend, placing multiple bids, and dealing with the very unfriendly sellers market to finally procure the home that we wanted. Jessica was with us every step of the way and she got us to the finish line, where looking back, I'm not sure we would have reached without her. We would highly recommend Jessica to everybody.
