I live in Sioux City with my husband, Nolan, and our three kids. My personality can be best described as very outgoing, unique, and motivated. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, cooking, camping, and spending time with family.

For several years, I co-ran a successful coupon blog that drew national followers. The blog even landed a morning TV slot with a local news station. Today, I leverage that social media marketing experience by helping manage Facebook pages for local charity thrift shops and similar stores. I take great delight in assisting others.

Jessica got a contractor to replace the central air conditioner and windows on a three season porch. I'm 200 miles from Sioux City and this saved me a lot of time and unnecessary expense. She earned her commission. Her estimate as to the value of the house was spot on. She treated low ball offers with respect but suggested counter offers near the asking price. In the end we received all but $5000 of the asking price. She knows what she's doing and stays the course. Jessica took this sale as a personal challenge. She checked the property and discovered the air conditioning issue and then contacted me with a plan to get it resolved before a scheduled open house. It got fixed in a timely manner. She kept me informed as to the level of interest in the property. I knew what was going on throughout the process.

Jessica was a fantastic realtor! I don't think we could have asked for someone better to guide us through this experience. She took the time to understand our needs, showed us only what we wanted, completely pressure free the entire time, and was open and absolutely honest about everything. I can only hope that if we need to move again, or purchase property, she is available as a realtor. Jessica Kern, hands down, made this a positive and memorable experience that we will never forget!

Jessica Kern made the experience of selling my house a lot easier and more pleasant than I thought it could be. We had already moved by the time the house was listed, so we were dealing with the process long-distance. She was always available if I had an issue or question, and she was patient when my anxiety got the better of me. She was able to guide me through some bumps we had along the way, and dealt with any issues that came up promptly. In the end, she was able to negotiate a good deal and got me a great value for my home. I would definitely recommend the services of Century 21 ProLink to my friends.
