Jessica went over and beyond to help us during our new build purchase as we moved from out of state and needed someone with local knowledge. She was able to help get us a 1% discount on the new home build due to her persistence harassing the builder and would put pressure on them to provide updates when Would recommend to other looking for real estate assistance in Central Florida.
