Buyer reviewJessica was faced with so many challenges from the day she showed property to us to the day we moved in. The seller's job kept him out of town during much of of our negotiations and transactions, so there were many time delays. I think some of the hurdles were learning experiences for Jessica. She is very quick at responding to text messages. I was amazed it all came together at the end. My husband and I are very pleased with our new home. We are currently looking for an additional property to purchase and will be using Jessica as our agent.

Buyer reviewIt was an odd situation in which Jessica and I came together to put an offer in on a house. I did not get that first house. It was a bit depressing for me and I felt really sad. Jessica kept me positive, she assured me that there was a house out there for us. She continued to send me listings and my husband and I weeded through them. She did not give up, she kept looking and in a few days we found the house we bought. She accomodated our work schedules to show it to us and we were sold on the house. I am going through some issues in my life right now that have made me very anxiety ridden, but she kept me calm and told me that it would work out. She was right and we are again home owners. I do not have enough words to thank her and the entire Desert Rock Century 21 and PRMG Victorville office enough. Jessica Sutton will be my trusted, life long FRIEND. I am so happy to know her. She really has her clients best interests in mind. She was like Wonder Woman and did not let us overpay, she did this as if it were her own money. Buyer reviewAs a 1st time buyer the process was foreign and unfamiliar making me in secure about the process. Jessica Sutton took her time explaining and translating all the unfamiliarity about the process and made me feel comfortable confiding in her the insecurities I did have. Shopping for your 1st home is not an easy process there are many factors to consider from location, size and family needs. From meeting us for the 1st set of homes we went to look at she was able to take feedback and encourage us to look at other homes which were not on our list and fit the descriptions of what our needs were. She was patient and helped us through the process from the beginning all the way through the end. Jessica didn't just stop after closing escrow and handing us the keys she continued to follow up and offer help and assistance thereafter.
