Jessie Rittenhouse-Totherow was incredible to work with from start to finish. When picking a realtor, the options were overwhelming, but we couldn't have made a better decision. He worked quickly and efficiently to pull together a plan for our house. The first open house had incredible turnout and Jessie made the offers easy for us to understand and compare and allowed us to make the final decision. When we had our final under contract, Jessie kept us informed of where they were in the process, closing documents and helped set up a virtual closing since we'd moved out of state. 10/10 would recommend working with Jessie again!

Jessie and Justin were very helpful in helping me through buying a new home and went beyond the call when they met with me to put a contract on the house the day before the price of the homes was about to go up. They even offered their personal assistance to help me with some aspects of my move to the new house including painting my garage. They were very detailed in making sure the home I was purchasing was a quality home. Jessie and Justin were always working to be sure all my questions and concerns were addressed Jessie and Justin went above and beyond for me. When my lease fell through at the very last minute, they found a reasonably priced lease that actually had the lowest rent of all the rental properties we looked at.

I put a post on our neighborhood page and Jessie reached out privately. Immediately I felt comfortable with him. He was not pushing, and in fact pretty much put things out there to be on my terms when to contact him. It was just refreshing. From the minute we met in person, I knew he was the one. His knowledge and ability to break things down in terms we could understand was amazing. He made us feel comfortable, and ultimately he was the one we trusted with this very important decision of selling our house Jessie went above and beyond scheduling to open houses for us, and doing multiple online campaigns. It took just over two weeks for our house to sell. The entire time we knew he had our back and what was in our best interest as his clients. Jessie went above and beyond when it came to our needs. Whether it was late at night, or even while he was on vacation, he was always a phone call or a text away, and his response time was extremely fast. He always answered any questions we had, and always reassured me that no question I had was a dumb question, or off-limits. Absolutely 100% trusted him through this entire process We are extremely happy with the way we were treated by century 21 Judge Fite company. The process was smooth, and we will definitely be using Jessie and the company again when we go to purchase a new house Jessie is an amazing representative of your company. His knowledge is by far commendable at least. He really knows what he's talking about. He makes no promises of outlandish unobtainable goals. Absolutely everything he said was realistic, and obtainable and 100% happened as he laid it out. Jessie is a tremendous asset to the real estate world.
