Her attention to detail, industry knowledge, patience, use of technology and great negotiating skills. Made relocating out of state, a quick, efficient and very professional experience. Jill was very informative She took the time to understand all of my needs, and worked fast and efficiently. She also spoke up for me in areas I didn't fully understand, and made the selling process very easy for me, and as stress free as possible. I will definitely be recommending her to others in the future. The entire process ran quickly and smoothly, without any flaws or delays. She was very personable. Never made me feel like any questions I had were irrelevant. Very informative. She kept me constantly updated, and always responded in a timely manner. She also stood up for me and was able to politely decline requests made by the other party. Showing her ability to be able to stand firm when needed.

Jill was wonderful to work with. We looked at a lot of houses even put offeres on a couple only to be out bid before finding "the one". She was so patient and fun to be around. It seemed like it poured down rain every time we looked at a house but she never lost her happy demeanor. She was very knowledgeable and she handled a closing issue that came up quickly and professionally. It was our pleasure to work with her!
