We used Jill for the sale of our old house and purchase of our new. She made it a seamless transition and worked really hard for us to be able to close on both properties on the same day! She protected us from all the chaos that I know can happen behind the scenes when working with so many parties involved. She shouldered all that stress for us and protected us from it. She really allowed us to only experience the joys and highs of the experience. Jill will be the first person we call if we never decide to move - which probably won't happen for awhile because she found us a dream of a house and we love it. :)
