Jill was amazing from the start! She made sure she understood what we were looking for and what we could afford. Her knowledge of the local market and area was incredibly valuable to us. While looking for houses, she always was able to make herself available when something popped up and even get us showings at the last minute. She helped us know what to expect when bidding and how to bid effectively. Jill was able to communicate well with the sellers which helped us on next steps. Her experience and relationships also guided us as we moved further in the buying process, from inspections, to finding an attorney, to making sure everything was in line for our mortgage approval. We felt comfortable with her representing us and knowing she had our best interest in mind. We are very happy with our experience with Jill and would love to work with her again in the future!

She was very thorough while providing information and made us feel very comfortable in our decisions. We especially loved how Jill kept in touch daily. Jill Rubino is a true professional. She was very knowledgeable, patient, kind and supportive throughout the entire process. If I am ever in a position to buy or sell another home I would definitely hire Jill again. I plan on recommending her to all of my friends who are looking for an excellent broker they can trust and feel comfortable with. Selling the home I had lived in for 38 years was very emotional but Jill was with me every step of the way.

Jill Rubino was amazing! Right away we felt comfortable with her. Although we did not choose to put an offer on the original house we looked at, we did find Jill!!! She knew the right questions to ask and diligently provided us properties to look at!!! We both work full time and have many other responsibilities but Jill stayed in touch and worked at our pace. We are thrilled that we found our perfect home and that would not have been possible without Jill. Jill Rubino knew it all.
