Since I was from out of the area and helping my mom sell her mobile home, I wanted an agent who knew the mobile home market in her area and who had recent experience in selling mobile homes. We met with Jill Warne a few weeks before we listed mom's mobile home. She gave us valuable suggestions about what we could do to have it ready to show. We had 3 showings and 3 offers within 24 hours of listing with Jill. Took the top offer of these three and it closed a little over one week later. Couldn't have worked out better. Jill Warne was top notch in all aspects of professionalism.
