Much can be said about Jillian and the impact she had on our purchase. Several times she went out of her way to obtain property details and work out problems that popped up unexpectedly. We had some special circumstances that posed a few problems after our closing date. Jillian jumped in and resolved those issues as soon as she heard of them. Jillian is someone we trust and would ask her to be our agent again when needed. We can't say enough good things about her and her actions during our purchase and after.

I want to thank Jillian for making myself and my family's first home buying experience a special and memorable one. I was discouraged at first because I thought I wasn't going to get the home of my choice. Jillian went above and beyond to make a life-long dream of mine a reality. My youngest daughter just adores Jillian and ask about her time to time. Reached out a year before I was ready to purchase a home. Jillian Chandler provided listings throughout that year. Jillian was very supportive about my unique situation. When I was ready to buy, she went over and above to familiarize me with areas and builders. I was living in Canada and she was able to provide the necessary information to assist me in making the decision to purchase the right home. Being a recent widow, I needed someone I could trust.
