As an experienced Realtor with Century 21 Arizona Foothills, I bring a strong background of the trades to the table. I was in the electrical trades for 25+ years. I have done extensive plumbing and carpentry as well. I mention this because it has given me the knowledge to walk through a home and point out the positives and negatives of the home's various systems. This has helped my buyers to see past the simple repairs found at inspections, as well as give them some insight as to what it will take to fix some of the more serious issues. As for my sellers, my experience has given me the ability to help them get their house in "Sale Ready" condition. I always have my client's back through the entire transaction, from showing to closing. If I don't know an answer to one of your questions, I will get the answer. He was patient as we traveled from home to Home over several weeks and forewarned us about making unreasonable offers for the home in mind, knowing the comps in the surrounding neighborhoods. Jim Balko not only helped us in finding our new house but also helped us sail smoothly through the whole process. On each step,be it the inspection or appraisal,he was always there. He helped us understand each and every findings in inspection. He was always available to answer all our queries and doubts throughout the process. He is so approachable we used to message him in wee hours too. Without his help and support we would have lost in the process. He did excellent negotiations on price as well as inspection findings. He helped us understand so many new terminologies as we were first time home buyers. He found lenders who could help us to find best interest rate. He was so patient with us throughout the process. Even after closing , he continued helping us with fixtures, electric stuff ( being expert electrician himself he understands circuits in house very well). He showed us how stuff works around and is still helping us with nitty gritty stuff.
