I fully intend to send business to Jim Brinson. The thing I liked the most about Jim Brinson is he was prompt at returning calls and texts, no one likes to wait on unanswered questions. While we were waiting on the seller to decide if she was going to sell Jim Brinson would touch base with us every week or so to let us know he hasn't heard anything but that he is still waiting along with us. Jim Brinson is very friendly and easy to talk to, that is important to someone that is buying a home for the first time. Jim Brinson really listened to what I was looking for and worked hard finding homes that matched my desires.
