The whole sales experience with Jim was extremely positive! Jim is assiduous and prompt in returning calls and emails. He went out of his way to connect us with dealers who purchased our furniture and left the house "broom swept'! He personally rolled up his sleeves and hired tradesmen to address any inspection issues promptly and effectively. It was just a pleasure working with a true professional at his job!
