Jim was extremely helpful and patient with our move from Indiana to the Cleveland area. We had to do a lot of long distance looking. Jim even offered to go to houses, take video and share them with us online if we couldn't come into town. We were very happy with our experience with Jim and will call him for the next move.

Jim happened to be the agent for the sellers. I was going to purchase the home on my own without help. Jim let me know that he could help and remained impartial throughout the entire process. I never felt like he was only the "sellers" broker Jim was always working around my busy schedule as a nurse. He found the time to meet with me when it was convenient for my schedule. He always met me at an agreed upon location and was great with allowing my parents to be involved in the process. As mentioned, Jim was the sellers agent. I never felt like he pushed them or myself into a deal. In fact I think he pushed in my favor to get the price down as low as possible. Jim really had an attention to detail. He would point things out to me to look at, as he knew this was the first time I had been through this process. He went out of his way to explain every little detail. I can't say anything less than Jim was the best! I couldn't be any happier. I would come back to Jim for any real estate in the future. A true professional. He never left me wondering or questioning anything. He explained to the fullest. Having never purchased property or home, I was a total blank canvas.
