They main reason I chose Jim was because I knew he had a vast experience with 92122 properties. It was important for me to sell quickly so I needed someone who had a lot of experience and a lot of contacts (potential buyers.) Happy how quickly it sold. There were approx 8 offers in 5 days. Escrow closed approx 35 days after the property was first listed.

Since we do not live in the area, we had to depend on Jim to complete the sales campaign in our absence. We have no knowledge of whether a yard sign was placed but the sales campaign was successful in obtaining a buyer who completed the deal. Overall experience was very good and we thank Jim for all his help. We greatly appreciated the assistance of Bernice Campbell who seemed to be available whenever we had a question regarding the paperwork that needed to be completed for the transaction. We are sure there were others behind the lines that assisted us, but Bernice and Jim are the two people we dealt with from Century 21 Award that helped us achieve our sale.
