Thanks for all the help finding the house I've already fallen in love with! Also thanks for always putting up with me changing times on you last minute! Hopefully I'm not in the market anytime soon but I'd definitely recommend you to anyone. Becoming more familiar with the market in this area would definitely be something to make you even better at what you do. Other than that, no complaints from me. Thanks again.

My house sold in one day. I couldn't believe it because I had no garage. Jim told me that would not be a factor and he was right. I would recommend to anyone that needs their house sold.

I got the recommendation from someone who he sold a house to 10 years ago. I got an offer on my house in 1 day and I recommend Jim to someone and the got a couple offers in a day or 2. Jim was very helpfull and explained everything that needed to be done. If I didn't move to a diffrent state I would have Jim as my broker for a new house.

I was advised from a co-worker about Jim. I had dealt with Century 21 when I bought my house and was pleased with using Century 21. Co worker told me about Jim and highly recommended using him from his own family's experience and others he knew. Was very happy with selecting Jim as my realtor and he was very helpful in every step of the selling process. I was very pleased with Jim's work ethic and effort put into selling my house. I put my house up for sale during the slower season (winter), but Jim was determined to get the house sold. I felt Jim really put on a good number of open houses, communication was always open with me, and he knew the price I was looking to get out of the house and did everything he could to get the full asking price I wanted out of the house. I have used several realtors over the last 5 years and I think Jim's quality of service he provided was by far the best I have received. I thought working with Jim's assistant Ashley was excellent. She seemed to have things very organized and always up to date. She was very nice to speak to and really enjoyed working with her.

When I start to look at the house, my boss recommended Jim to me since he was very satisfied with him. I trust my boss so I can trust Jim too. Since I just moved into US from another country, I'm not knowledgeable to American House. Even I didn't know what kind of house style I like and how should I scrutinize the house. When I start to look the housed he explained what should I consider. I learned a lot. I believe he is very knowledgeable about the house. Sometimes, we changed our mind and we couldn't decide something but he was very patient and he was so nice and friendly. Particularly, he doesn't push us to buy the house. I think he was not just a realtor but an uncle or a family member. And he made me feel that I'm a very important person. I think he is wonderful and we had really excellent experience. I really want to recomment him to anybody.
