For the second time in 10 months I have had the pleasure and good fortune of working with Jim Lanatti as both a seller and a buyer. Jim was amazing. I could not have had a better experience. He responded to my texts and emails within minutes. He was extremely patient and encouraging with my need to find just the right house. He always made me feel well taken care of, understood and supported. He has a knack, I think, for taking care of peoples needs. You get the feeling that Jim really cares about making sure that everything goes well, that your getting exactly what you want and need, that you are protected and that you're having a good experience. He advocated for me, he gave me timely and welcome advice. He was informative. He explained the process in a way I could understand. Jim knows his stuff, from having a good working relationship with the various other parties to knowledge of comparisons. He went to bat for me when I needed help. He helped me navigate the tricky loan process. I feel like I got the home of my dreams because of Jim.

Jim went beyond to help us being out of state he went up and followed up on all inpections , always talk to us and he funny and just nice to be around ,,,,,he works so hard to fit your needs,,, ,and he deals with ups and downs very well,, the best Jim Lanatti. Big Thanks

Jim was fabulous. So personable, affable, knowledgeable and considerate. He got back to me quickly every day I had a question. He was open to my wanting to change plans and made me feel very well taken care of for the entirety of our experience with Century 21.
