Seller reviewJim personally supervised packing rooms of my belongings, knowing that I knew nothing about packing. This was my first experience with selling a house, so I didn't know how to begin. He made sure I had the help that I needed to do the most efficient job. Jim and his family have been friends of mine for years, and all helped me at every phase of the sale. Jim was also very diplomatic in dealing with the buyers, their agent and all other people involved in the process. I am very grateful for his guidance and advice.

Seller reviewI worked with Jim lane because he is a trusted famly member who Could manage the sale of our condo while we were out of state for the winter. He handled everything effectively and efficiently and followed up on all our and the buyers' questions quickly with appropriate responses. He was alway careful to check the property after another agent had shown it to make sure that all doors were locked and lights off. Neither had been done in many cases, so we were very appreciative of his attention. Jim explained all the documents including the closing documents/contracts and we were well prepared for the closing, which went smoothly.
