Once the contract to purchase was signed, Jim assisted with all inspections and communications to get us to closing. What speaks loudest for Jim is that we did not meet him face to face until the closing - being out of state, he handled everything for us. We communicated via phone and email - always professional and courteous, prompt with communications and went above and beyond what a Broker is to do for a Seller.
