Buyer reviewJim Settle is truly there to make the buying process work. He's consistent and patient. He is never too busy to answer questions or help in any way. He doesn't overstep what you say you want, or your price point, which is huge for us. He did use his knowledge and skills to help us think of all the different parameters of options of the kind of home we wanted to purchase. He has a great network of referrals for getting things done when you do buy, which is also invaluable. I just felt like he was 100% authentic and doing his very best for us the entire time we worked with him, which was at least 6 months.
